Former NWA World Tag Team Champion and WWF World Tag Team Champion, Glenn “Thrasher” Ruth of the Headbangers, sat down with me and Jay “Captain KVJ” Cintron to talk about his time in the ring and how he’s working to build up the local pro-wrestling scene here in south Florida! Currently managing a YouFit gym, Glenn is also blazing a trail for others to follow his path through Enigma Pro-Wrestling. I sat down at Subculture Coffee with Joe Russo, Executive Director of Palm Beach Tech, to talk all about innovation and collaboration in our local area. The mission of Palm Beach Tech is to “ galvanize and grow the technology industry of Palm Beach County to become a landmark technology & innovation hub.” And, they’ve already had a multi-, multi-million dollar impact on our economy! Joe explains why it has been his passion and mission to connect the tech community of Palm Beach while also rebranding the area as a hub for such innovation. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to spend a slice of my birthday podcasting with than the inspiring spiritual life coach and yoga instructor, Jennifer Martin. We met up following her yoga class at the Hilton West Palm Beach where she teaches on Saturdays, and had this very uplifting conversation.
